American politicians pander to the Israeli lobby by taking turns snubbing Arafat for "terrorism" while simultaneously greeting Sharon as a statesman.

Sharon is treated with the respect that a leader of a foreign country normally gets, but I don't see him being lauded as a statesman very often.

Thomas, that was a fantastic post and I want to applaud you for showing courage by posting your opinions here.

IM trying desperately to be fair and understand without bias but the media makes this extremely difficult..

There are several 'lists' circulating around s/i so just watch your back.. I mentioned shortly after 9/11 that Americans should take a closer look at our support of Israel and was promptly added.. : )
