I was joking about the 3/5 thing and i am not going to debate you any further on this topic because i think you are playing us for fools with this "game of logic" you have invented regarding the founding fathers. Think it is much more important to look at empirical data from over 200 years of US history regarding laws, supreme court decisions, exec order etc. mike@notplayinganymore.com

Dick Cheney--We all make fun of him and his location or lack thereof. Just a thought. For the government to be keeping cheney and bush out of the same city for three months now, doesn't it indicate a level of cocern that warrants extraordinary measures to protect our citizenry? mike
