RE: The evil empire It's funny, because I am ardently anti-Microsoft. Unless it is essential for my business, I don't use Microsoft software on any of my computers. I realize that much of my bias is irrational, but it's still fun from my point of view, and I like doing my part in keeping the underdogs in business. I also learn a lot of things that I would otherwise have no need to learn, which also strikes me as important. This attitude does not carry over to Intel, though. Every computer here is Intel based. The primary reason is because AMD is such an unlikable firm. Jerry's jihad against Intel is bad enough. But the fact that he also conducts a jihad against his own shareholders makes it impossible for me to support his firm.
