Detention and arrest are two different things. An arrest involves charges, a detention can be for various purposes, especially questioning......

I live in the U.S. I realize that arrests are public, but don't think the gov't is constitutionally bound to provide lists to the ACLU and other groups. I guess we will see who wins out in this one, but I am on the side of President Bush and AG Ashcroft.

Who do you feel is correct?
