Technically the date may be be important, (that's where the lawyers are going to be trying to pull their shennagigins, IMO) but after 9-11 what difference does it make. He was fighting against us then. Also I do not think Americans are allowed to join foreign armies upon loss of citizenship, unless given permission. I sincerely believe that if he isn't executed there will be a lot of anger and it will cause a great rift amongst our citizens. It's something that IMO must be done. Justice and decency and respect for the dead and those who risked their lives in combat demand it.

Nadeen. Been lots of talk about J.Walker, he fought for taliban in Afg. and in Kashmir so I wonder how many people this innocent shy sweet boy has killed. Have not heard this mentioned yet.
