I don't know what it is over there @ stockhouse, but they just don't seem to understand the 12 million share authorization. Based on the issued documents it is clear that the references are to the July round. Having said that, it does not mean that Rosegroup will necessarily be the ones buying. Remember they have the right to not accept the request by NHC. It was an interesting Q and A on stockhouse. SA's comment that scraps to their clients are big numbers to NHC. I still think based on the 1st qtr call, that we won't see anything until Mar 02.
