Hi Bob,

In early November I bought a new Dell 4300, with a 1.4Ghz P4, 128DRAM, a 40Gig HD for $699. And that included a free digital camera. I also upgraded the memory with an additional 128MB for $15 at Amazon. Now only about 4 weeks later, the same memory is 100% more expensive and the identical computer is also more expensive, w/o a free digital camera. This is only anecdotal evidence of a turnaround, but computer prices rarely rise over any period of time. How strong or how long any sustained demand is remains to be seen. But good news for now nonetheless.

Regards,

Brian....doing his small part:-)
