The factor that disappoints me most is the lack of progress on the health information card--an application that would stabilize demand, which is now solely based on consumer sentiment and buying habits. Heck, we didn't even get a progress report when the last financial statement was released and until a question was asked at the conference call. They should be marketing the concept to the main health insurance providers as a way of cutting insurance costs. Art
