Tony,"Some people use the words revenues, sales, profits, etc. interchangeably."

Methinks that AMDroids use the words revenues, sales, profits and Losses , etc. interchangeably."

Tony,

With regards to your statement "some people"....

Most of those "people" (or I would prefer to call them
"entities") that used the words interchangably are no longer in business.

Unless someone asks Intel MGMT "point blank" whether or not they are making a profit off these chips, it is speculation either way.

Additionally, what is ones defintion of a profit?

Sales - Cost of Fabrication > 0

or

Sales - Cost of Fabrication - Other expenses > 0

One does not know....

They sure as hell shouldn't... I just spent 18 hours fixing mistakes such as that in the financials in a mock business plan for a class... that really pissed me off, it ruined the last two weeks of my semester, dammit! Two all-nighters in the same week!
