Have been on system from before ATT took over. They had a tough time getting me started. Once I was up and running things were great. My cable got cut once by some workmen and ATT got right on it. Then the @home fiasco occurred. I am up and running again and happy to be back on the netscape browser which I had kept active after the athome switchover. Also have dial-up on another computer so down service is not a complete disaster. So from a hardware standpoint the system can be made stable and great. The whole athome fiasco is a big negative and I hope that ATT just leaves things alone from now on. The speed would be hard to give up, in fact I would not live where I could not get a cable hookup.
