Wow, some real numbers for a change. Is that 40% mark up or 40% profit margin? You do know how to figure profit margin don't you? (SP-C)/SP=.4 : where .4x100= 40% profit margin.
A 50% profit margin is a double. 40% profit margin on a cost of $18 would be $30 selling price or about a 67% mark up. Very good indeed.
