Earlier I posted #reply-16771454 Assistant Attorney General Viet Dinh on fox or cnn over the weekend. This is what he clearly said. All arrested and detained were provide free Attorneys if they were eligible. If they were not they were given a list of pro bono attorneys. Also 10 of the current 200,000 plus arrested convicted or detained in the US have been notified that they will be monitored in communication with their attorney. None are monitored unless they are informed. 10 suspected terrorists have been notified that they will have conversations monitored with their Attorney. BIG DEAL. All are provided access to Lawyers. WHAT's THE BEEF?? What is really said at the link you posted. If you put dishonest men in office we are in trouble. Does what the law says mean anything to mr. bill???? LOL Based upon my understanding what and how changes have been made I see very little risk being added and great flexibility added to curb terrorism.
