I have had to place sell orders on a large portion of my portfolio. It's just too risky sitting on open positions without real time quotes and market depth.

CSW is great, most of the time,

but this points out the need for a reliable back-up system, from another vendor.

Ya, I don't see how there is an excuse for this. Should be backup systems or ISP in place regardless of what happened to take the site down. Many of us rely on this every day and it is very frustrating to be shut out.
