The NOW gang of today is a joke, there membership is down 50% in the last decade. And they're nothing more then a fringe socialist group of lefties. Exactly and is worth repeating.

The goal of any author is to create "buzz" and that is what Goldberg has done. I suspect there is a lot of truth in his book, but not as much as the "liberal" media, which is reporting on the book, makes out. I've noticed on this thread how silence or accusations of traitor are made when criticism of Bush is presented. "They are preventing the discussion of serious women's rights issues like the plight of Afghanistan women from influencing world opinion." I don't see how. The world just wasn't listening, although many people were sounding alarm bells for quite some time.
