How? If just 5% of the world is non-pacifist and 95% are, that 5% could easily enslave the pacifist 95%, assuming pacifism means no resistance to attacks from others. Of course, if you don't mind all pacifists being enslaved, then I guess you could say it was working if all pacifists were slaves of the non-pacifists.

From what I've seen of humans I don't think that's very likely
but I wouldn't call it stupid
it is my opinion that that is overly optimistic
