Jay, I've never tried asking the rep on the phone for running market depths on several stocks, but I suppose it might work, though it wouldn't be quite like seeing the data displayed on my own screen. Have you been able to do that? In my case, I don't expect anyone to make up for losses, or participate in gains, that I incur, but it doesn't mean I don't find it very inconvenient when CSW, or Action Direct, or StockCharts, or Sympatico, or the internet in general, aren't working properly. It helps some, to vent, but it does often cost me money. In the past, I've used both high-speed phone company access and cable access, for the internet. I expect I'll be going back to that set-up. As for CSW, it would be great to find a cost effective alternative to use as a back-up. Cush
