When and if the PS3 ditches RDRAM.

The trail of engineering is covered with many "good" ideas that never pan out.
You need only look at the number of RIMMs you need to upgrade a P4-RDRAM machine to see the failure of RDRAM.
Not to mention the fraud and the cost.
