Do you have good info on IRSN? Although it was once $50 stock, it has become penny stock. There must be good reason for the huge drop, more than the financial. Any competing product or any of the key technical people have left the company? If anyone is near the company, it would be wise to pay a visit and check out the atmosphere.

I had to do that once ten years ago on a similar downtrodden company with technology touted in some SI posts. Merril Lynch was one of the participating underwriters and market makers.

My visit was not welcomed. I also sensed the lack of vibrant atmosphere while I was waiting for the receptionist to return from checking if anyone is available to give me a tour. No such luch for me then. Even the company's promise to have someone call and answer my question never materialized. I waited in the parking lot for another hour and fortunate to see a young engineer leaving from work. I spoke to the person and that conversation convinced me the technology they had was not as great (not as developed) as the market makers were was touting it. I sold my shares within a week of the visit and ended up saving tons of money. A few months later, that company folded.
