GV, <If that statement is based upon insider information, he shouldn't have made that statement in the first place..>

Maybe the Feds ought to bust up Mike Magee's web site, The Inquirer, for "illegally" posting insider information every chance they get.

Where is the fine line drawn?

Paul made a statement that XBox is profitable for Intel. If that statement is based upon insider information, he shouldn't have made that statement in the first place..

Assuming for the sake of discussion that Paul did have inside information on XBox and did reveal it, I don't think telling the world that Intel actually makes a profit on one of it's products is the kind of information that is either going to profit him materially or influence the market. Neither he or anybody else is going to make any money on that revelation.

"That "D" in NDA stands for Disclosure."

Non-Disclosure agreements are usually made with a specific purpose in mind. They are not required by law.

You make up the fact that Paul has signed a non-disclosure agreement, you make up the terms of this imaginary agreement, and then you claim Paul violated this vapor agreement.

All this, just to justify your original incorrect statement.

Jeeeeessssh.
