Joe "anything to be concerned about" You are correct in that the stock needs to hold over 4 Joe. This is one of the main problems with otc-bb stocks, regardless of the FA. The bb market does not have to advertise their best bid/ask and much the same as with all thinly traded issues, can be very easily manipulated. I'd be willing to bet that I could get filled on this stock just below the 200dMA on a bid of larger than normal size, just because that is where someone will have a stop loss set or at least a mental stop in that area. Case in point is several trades that have been completed on MAXF and DWYR in the last 60 days..Sergio's EXAC and now CLGY are examples also. Trust me the company is not manipulating the stock.....the bidders and sellers are. As to the catalyst for this stock to move higher? A move to the national market. Ken
