[cant acquire] a big services organization, but my strong opinion is that you can't buy one of those, you have to build it internally I agree. Moreover, friends I have at Compaq and HP in their services group are either out of their respective companies or looking for alternatives. By the time the deal comes to a vote, the top guys (professionals not necessarily management) in services on both sides are likely to be out elsewhere. So much for the CEOs saying 'blah blah services blah blah'. cheers, kumar
