The original i845A3 chip set supports SDRAM - 100 and 133 MHz.

However, DDR memory is generally supplied in 184 pin DIMMS whereas SDRAM memory is supplied in 168 pin DIMMS.

Thus, don't expect to use SDRAMs in an DDR muthaboard.
