As far as selling lower grades, I don't think Dell sells anything less than a 900MHz Celeron, so I very well might have the center point of the binning wrong. So I will concede that my 866MHz is off. But Intel has considerable inventory that it has built up. Finished goods and WIP has increased from $540 million and $755 million in Q499 (during the shortage in the pre-Y2k boom), to $746 million and $1.308 billion in Q301 (down from their peak of $1.016 billion and $1.431 billion in Q201).
