BLTI: The sell down was un expected. I have no idea what is going on. Everything looked good for a new leg up to test 7.00...Interesting.

DFIB has news this morning. PSSSSSSSSST I don't think George is going to get the 4.10 entry today. <GGGGGGGGGGG>
4.50 is going to be a hard spot for the stock before it can move to 5.00. I traded some this morning on the gap.

CLGY bid is strong at 8.00 while volume remains low. The next news release will take it back to 9.00

I like your FA matrix. It looks like we go into the same sort of info. gathering. The main difference is that I know Sergio actutally reads the majority of the 10k and the last 10q. He has taught me how to cut through the boilerplate and find the important info. that guides his choices. I like to read them too, just before going to bed as I sleep like a baby!! LOL But, that is where all of the meaty info. is held.

BLTI must close above 5.00 by the end of the week or it is toast back to the baseline breakout of 4.00.

As you may rememeber there were certain incentives for management if the sales force made 12 million in sales for the year. They hit those milestones, so I'd be willing to think that this sell down is due to those options being cashed in. Of course we won't know that until the 10th of next month when insiders report. Since these options are non cash transactions I don't think they have to report excer. of the options, but will have to report when they sell the stock and the proceeds of the sale. It would make sense as then the income would be reported in this tax year.
