Internet Capital Group raises 2001 liquidity guidance
WAYNE, Pa., Dec 12 (Reuters) - Internet investment company Internet Capital Group (NasdaqNM:ICGE - news) said on Wednesday that its year-end liquidity position would be more than $240 million, up from an earlier estimate of $215 million.

The increased liquidity mostly comes from proceeds from the sale of stakes ICG held in two companies, RetailExchange.com and CourtLink Corporation. The company said it sold CourtLink to information firm LexisNexis for $17 million.

Internet Capital Group now has 49 member companies. Its shares ended Tuesday at $1.24 on the Nasdaq market. They have lost about 62 percent so far this year, compared with a 19 percent drop in the Nasdaq.
