If this triangle is in play, after the E down is when you'd expect the next pop (if any is to come), yes? Basically, right when a lot of people have given up hope. . . .

I note that the VIX is up quite strongly, with a PC ratio around .63. Sheesh, man, I wish everything would suddenly become crystal clear for me :-)
