At least Elmer didn't pretend to speak the truth. He presented a theory, that's it.

Dan3 starts from ridiculous assumptions and tries to build a "logical" argument from a non-existent foundation. If there are gaps in his logic, he'll fill them with more assumptions. Then he'll pass it all off as "fact."

No need to get insulting. Of course it's contrived but I don't claim otherwise. It's obvious but it's no more contrived than the claim that Intel is losing money on Xbox. What makes the people who claim that any different from Dan?
