Amazing the colleteral damage from ENE. Not the debt, surety bonds or LOC's (we still haven't heard much on the LOC front) but now it appears other companies had side financing vehicles off the balance sheet where there were side agreements that under GAAP would have required consolidation. Looks like this is hitting CPN pretty good.

Makes it difficult to try and bottom fish. One can't assume there is a selling exhaustion downspike. CPN is similar to ene from this perspective.
