I didn't bother to try to recover, so I have no idea what awaits me. I just pulled that hard disk and replaced it with the backup (I've learned never to try anything involving Microsoft software without a backup ready).

No he's not.

I've got 2 Macs and a PC. I built the PC to be stable rather than fast with all high quality parts unlike Dell or one to the other PC makers. Guess which machines are easier to maintain by a way long long margin. Fortunately I never use the PC for email so no virus attacks.

Networking the Machines is a pain, except OS X on the Mac which astounded me with the ease I got on the network, Amazingly easy.
