RD...both stocks did drop with the announcement...but that's just typical knee jerk re-action....shoot first ask questions later.... Its been difficult to determine how much of the stock drop was due to Sept. 11, how much was due to weak economic outlook, and how much was due to the deal....separate those three and we will all pay attention. I would expect that those HWP and CPQ shareholders that hated the deal had a fair amount of time to bail from either stock. Jerome
