I'm no western liberal, but when I see that wide of an income disparity (and SA is the widest in the world), it really raises a red flag. At minimum it suggests that for real progress to be made in SA, there needs to be substantial and continual wage pressure at the lower scales (including miners). And worst case if that's not forthcoming, people (who are deprived) will explode into a fury.

Name one time that the liberals ever proposed any policy that could actually work, or one time in which they expressed any regret that the implementations of their policy proposals turned out to be entirely counterproductive.
