Biggest bankruptcy in history:

Enron 2001. 49.8 billion

Texaco 1987 35.9 billion

Financial corp of america 1988 33.9

PGE 2001 21.5 billion
(another case of screw the public screw the investor, paying out enormous bonuses an hour before filing bankruptcy. they also had contractors sealing wells so that the CA market wouldn't be flooded with cheaper fuel. Crooks abound at the public's expense!!!)

MCorp 1969 20.2 billion

AND Enron is already talking about their comeback. NO way, then the taxpayers will have to support them, instead, we should take their 12 billion in assets (they have 48 billion less 36 billion in debts) and distribute it among the populace and turn over their assets to companies that have shown fiscal responsibility!!!!
