data is now building that indicates
(1) If it is possible to get in after you post in,
then probability of bad trade is high.
(2) If it is NOT possible to get in after you
post in, then probabilty of good trade is high

IHO (IN Hal's Opinion)

just printed one of those x's
near 40
(1) We are now moving down in the larger two channels.
(2) We are now moving down in the smaller two channels too.
(3) We are now moving down from 40
(4) 40 now becomes very important key number.
(5) a break above 40 to say 41 would be very bullish,
if it would not be a trap, which can be determined by
using time above 40 inside a probability distribution together with the vol calculations.
(6) How people do this with out having a Hal is beyond me.
(7) These type of formations within stocks all relate back
to what is happening to the nasdaq up channel formation.
(8) On amd on as Hal takes in every tick.
