Dont laugh but I can actually see MCEL doing this as it is real news and it is a fairly new start up only 3 years old.

Speculation on new start ups is common and I would rather risk 5 bucks on something like this with a 160 Million market cap and low float than CSCO which has enough shares outstanding for every man, woman and child on the face of the planet. High float, limited future profit growth though it is a gorilla. High PE ratios are supposed to be reserved for start ups with unlimited futures, not mature has beens.

Not saying I will chase MCEL but I can at least understand it. -g-

Not sure of the other one. Market cap of only 40 million but I don't know about power cells that aren't readily accepted by a major manufacturer.

Good Luck,

Lee
