I thought this was their fastest ramp of a 64 bit processor.

One of the articles has a quote of Intel person saying that they are satisfied with the ramp. <g>

Can you imagine if the guys on Intel thread ROFL if AMD sold 500 processors?

At this rate, it probably isn't. (In case you don't know, the Itanium is not Intel's first 64-bit CPU).
