Are you now saying if I say "Merry Christmas" to my neighbor I have somehow violated the constitution??

The hole you dig just keeps getting bigger Rich. This one could encompass the entire city of Seattle.

<<No our country is built on the principle of separation of church and state, >>

Would you please tell me where in the Constitution this is found?

The First Amendment is as close as I can find and it's nothing like separation of Church and State.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
