Not every African country goes down into depths of barbarism. Just because Zim has its Mugabe, where is 007 when he's needed, it doesn't follow that they all have. Botswana and Zambia two neighbours to Zim have never deterioated like Zim. Sure Zambia had it's fling with socialism as did Tanzania, it became independent in 1964, but it is now back on a free enterprise road. Guess which currency has outperformed the US $ this past 12 months. Yes that's right the Zambian Kwacha.
