yes, it is a shame that some companies have knocked God out of their doors. NO company I have ever worked for has stopped me from telling folks about Jesus, and none will.

Restrictions on the exercise of religion are supposed to involve a reasonable state interest, and be narrowly tailored. For example, no one can forbid an Orthodox Jew from wearing a skullcap, or saying a blessing at lunch. Attempts to do so are actionable. Similarly, forbidding people from saying Merry Christmas is going too far.
