Disclosure in advance wouldn't violate anything if it was nothing more than the same statements they have been telling all of us for months...that they anticipated rolling out the Enterprise Platform in mid-December. All the investors had to do was believe them.

The question posed was why did they raise funds earlier this month instead of waiting until after this roll out. I believe the answer is that the investors wouldn't wait because they anticipated events unfolding that were public knowledge...if one believed management. Especially in light of the pop after the IBM announcement, I think the investors dictated that they would not wait. That is why GMGC had to raise the money before this announcement. Just my opinion on why the timing of the raise would occur prior to such a positive development. Again, since GMGC has stated to all that they anticipated the roll out in this time frame, it was no violation. It just took an act of faith in management by the investors. Easier said than done based on past history, but quickly being reversed by current management, imho.

Anyway, a great step in the right direction. I have no quarrel with you, I just want to make clear that I am in no way thinking GMGC did anything inappropriate in regards to the financing.

Looking forward to tomorrow.
