Based upon your comment what do you think of a play on HAL or another similarly beat down energy stock (without asbestos risk)?

Would you subtract from $200BB stimulus an amount to account for layoffs and bankruptcies? How about $50B in lost market cap of Enron? How about the $5T lost market cap from the market as a whole?
