["We're heading for a dump that'll make a believer outta' all."]

Ido... I said this weeks ago.

"That all we were seeing was a coordinated - Inside Wall St, PPT-ESF led "Student Body Left" market bail out - prop job & simultaneous pump & dump hype by the market mavens & pundits - to draw Ma & Pa Kettle back into the market and once they were in - "Wall St" would pull the rug out from under them & pull their FREE MONEY (thanks to Greenpimp) "prop job" profits right back out of the market - leaving "us" (the public) holding the bag..."

Starting with Robt Rubin - Wall Street has used Greenspan like a cheap whore... they've literally used & abused him & demanded that he "swallow" on command as well... it's pathetic. Next; they'll test him with - "too big to fail" ... tic toc; when, not if...

History & reality clearly tell us where we are going... to reasonable, less than Bull Market valuation Multiples - ie: DOW 6-7000 ... and that is with a qualifier, that there is NOT another significant domestic terrorist incident, nor Israel making a parking lot out of Palestinian territories etc... in that case; historic "BEAR MARKET" valuation multiples will arrive & Tice & his DOW 3000 call, will be hailed as the 2nd coming...

There is NOTHING fundamentally supporting either this rally, or valuations anywhere near this level... NOTHING.

Not earnings

Not sales/revenue

Not Cap Ex spending

Certainly - NOT corporate balance sheets

Not employment #'s

Not Consumer Spending, or Sentiment

Not the US Mfg Industry

Not credit quality

...and there is No more peace dividend here, or abroad.

NEVER, EVER - has the "risk to reward" ratio in US Equities been so fundamentally negative - NEVER.

This is absolutely the most dangerous market environment post WWII - without precedent... and risk is being totally discounted & ignored here... simply amazing.

Bill Gross of Pimco has best addressed the potential upside "reward" part of the risk vs reward scenario in his "Born to Lose" piece... re-read it if you haven't lately...
