CIEN going down to single digit. 40% decline in revenue. JNPR CSCO will have to trim excessively. CIENA Corp (CIEN) 17.97: -- Update -- On call, company warns for Q1, sees a 30-40% sequential revenue decline, or $221-257 mln, far below the current Multex consensus of $349 mln; stock sharply lower at 14.52 pre-market.
