Elmer, I KNOW all the facts. I actually bought 2 celeries at that time. The original celery was ill-received by the press and consequently by the user community that's why Intel HAD to add the 128k L2 cache. Intel thought they could do AMD in with a cacheless chip and were proven wrong but they persisted.

You are looking at the world through your Droid colored glasses. You think it's all about you. Intel added the L2 because that's what it took to be competitive in that market and that's the way Intel's designs were evolving anyway. Intel has every right to compete.
