Thanks John. That's just equities though. The overall (including index puts)is over 1. That's a huge discrepancy. That leads me to believe that the retail buyer is loading calls on this dip while the "smart money" is hedging a drop with 3 to 1 index put vs. call buying. Assuming one believes that index options are typically not the retail buyer's game. BWDIK.
