Here's what wrong with CWP today.

This quote within a story

"Nomura telecom analyst Mark James said that Global Crossing's situation was not helpful to Cable & Wireless.

"Reports that Global Crossing is inching closer to potential Chapter 11 proceedings have implications for Cable & Wireless," Mr James wrote in a note.

Mr James said that both Cable & Wireless (CWP: news, chart, profile) and Global Crossing are in an industry suffering from overcapacity, both have suffered from telephony prices falling faster than traffic volumes are rising and both have falling revenues.

Nomura has a sell recommendation on Cable & Wireless with a six month price target of $2.75."
