In the case of mr. bill and rape. I have seen the terrorized victim testify. I have seen several testify to the brutalized victims version of what occurred. And we have mr. bill tell us of consensual sex, his version of smoking but not inhaling. I have no doubt all. the facts I know based upon my first person witness of these facts makes fact, mr. bill did rape this woman. In the weight of this evidence I state fact, mr. bill did rape a woman. Now that is the standard I apply before I would say anyone has done anything. This is my standard of declaring a fact true. This is a binary of truth and a clear yes no can be resolved beyond a reasonable doubt. Many can still believe maybe because they have not for whatever reason seen all the evidence. I cannot say maybe. SO mr. bill the rapist represents a case of the most violent vicious attack of one individual on another. How much money would you give so your child was not raped. A used car saleman can sell you a car or stock. A lemon or a lemon. He may know or not know. He may know and sill be OK and disclose all he has to and make a legal sale. It's a very complex issue. It's about honor and honesty and character which don't count for much to many. Honor and honesty and character many times have nothing to do with what is legal. All the enron stuff is about money. And one can make all kinds of opinions but without clear proof or a trail where fellow Americans convict, Fact no-one at Enron has done anything wrong. That is the American way. Also nothing done by anyone at Enron has anything to do with President Bush and his family. So why do any post about Enron here except to fuel false accusations to tarnish a good man and a good family of our fellow Americans. tom watson tosiwmee
