Yeah, but have you ever noticed with kids how they seem to be a great deal more fiscally responsible with money of their own instead of your money (at least while they are living at home)?

I found this was true even with employees. Once in a while I would give a job I didn't want to do to an employee to do on their own. This did more to teach them the basic rules of capitalism then all my ranting and raving about expenses, profit margins and whatnot.
