Anyone have advise on how to deal with all the class actions.Does one just fill out the paperwork for all the firms or do you choose one as your firm representing you??TIA.

Yomaz,

It will probably be the OTC. Same place Covad an Enron are. It will be cut throat over there. Ironically, it will be the same MMs that they have now on the NASDQ. Expect this to get hammered when it starts trading.
