...says that if the merger is voted down, he and other board members that support this merger will also resign, along with CF, and some other HWP executives.

Nowhere in that press release or any other news report does Hackborn say any such thing.

We have no problem debating the merits of the deal with those who take a differing view, but if you're going to make shit up, you'll find yourself ignored.

If you like HWP at 22 you will love it at 15, which is where many stocks that don't have the support of the street hang out.

U said it all : CPQ languishing around $10.
