Dec 10 plus or minus a few days is pretty darn close when you're talking about a 72 year cycle and a call that was made about 2 1/2 years ago. The official turn is on the 6th which is only 2 trading days off the 10th.

What about the 10th (high) then the 14th (low) for two different turn dates?

Not that I can figure out what might cause the markets to rally here, of course, but since there are those folks that think we need one more high to get extremes in sentiment (and the VIX did rise today and the p/c slid up all day), then it's possible. Also possible is that we don't. <g> Anyway, giving praise for calling turn dates is all well and good, but since we haven't even hit the 14th yet, it's premature, imo.
